Around seven o’clock in the evening, Christine and I arrived at her gorgeous house with an astonishing view, as you can see gloriously soaring mountains from her balcony. Steffisburg, the name of her hometown if you ever wondering. Not long, Mr. and Mrs. Kneubühler came from work, and we ate a real Suisse curry of chicken, kiwis, bananas, and some other fruits and vegetables, definitely something worth to try!

This morning was very interesting. Thanks to Lea’s idea, Christine and I went to Matterhorn in Zermatt. Matterhorn, in fact, is the logo of Toblerone’s chocolate. Wee took the train from Thun to Visp, and from Visp, we took the connecting train to Zermatt. Even the view during our way to Zermatt was incredibly astonishing, the humongous mountains and gigantic rocks remind us how little we actually are, and we should be thankful for everything that the world has to offer. I won’t say much, but I insist that everybody must come to Switzerland, at least once.

We hiked uphill half-way through the Matterhorn trail, and downhill for more-or-less thirty minutes. Leaving Zermatt was tough, its natural beauty captivated me in every possibly way. From Zermatt, we continued our journey to Spiez, where we took a boat back home to Thun. The view of the cities and the mountains that we passed surrounding the lake took my breath away.
