At home, Christine’s Family and Tobias, Lea’s boyfriend, were busy preparing fondue, a typical Swiss and French of melted cheese in commuted pot eaten by dipping chopped breads using a long fork into the cheese pot - strikingly delicious. It was my first fondue and truly was a very Swiss experience!

We walked around the city of Thun. It was small but also an exquisite beauty, as the city itself is surrounded by soaring mountain ranges and a blue shimmering lake on the other side of the city. Christine showed me Thun’s Castle, and afterwards her former school, and you know what? How can you seriously not in love with school when the view from your school’s windows is like this?: simply amazing
